The Role:

Infinity is looking for a System Administrator to join our technology driven organization. Infinity is a premier business to business sales agency serving leading companies for over 25 years. Infinity builds and maintains a strong in-house portfolio of systems and technology to support the company’s strategy and client needs. This position will provide oversight of the application portfolio, and all systems development and support processes in our Microsoft centric environment.


  • Build, monitor, and maintain both server and network systems for technology initiatives
  • Perform server and network development and management through the entire lifecycle
  • Work with business units to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities
  • Plan, procure, implement, administer, document, and communicate technologies to support company initiatives
  • Disaster recovery items, including backup systems, redundancies, testing, and documentation
  • Evaluate and optimize network and system performance
  • Maintain network and computer system security
  • Add users to network and assign and update security permissions
  • Train end users in proper use of hardware and software
  • Assist in other areas of technology, desktop, development, etc.
  • Maintain the highest level of system availability and IT service for the business
  • Technology leadership for new tools, processes, and techniques

Ideal Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of a windows network environment, be proficient in many technical tools that support the profession, and have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced Information Technology environment while also balancing strategic project priorities with tactical business needs is critical.

  • Self-starter with a strong background in Windows Server Administration
  • Excellent work ethic5+ years’ experience in the following:
    • Windows Server administration
    • Network switch & firewall support and administration
    • Server lifecycle management
    • Server hardware administration
    • Scripting and automation tools
    • Microsoft Exchange Server administration
    • Microsoft SQL Server administration
    • Storage platform administration
    • Hyper-V or other Enterprise Hypervisor administration
  • Experience with IaaS from Azure or AWS a plus
