Previous banking or credit union experience is not required. We are willing to provide training to the candidate who best fits the criteria above.

What will a day in this position look like?

As a Member Service Representative you will be the face of the credit union. You will work directly with members to process their transactions and assist them with any other needs they may have. You will also be asked to educate members on the various products or services offered by the credit union. There will be daily administrative tasks as a part of the daily operations. If you enjoy working directly with people in a fast paced environment this is the job for you!
