About this position:
Are you a stickler for the details?  Do you take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy in your work?  As a Contract Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the billing needs of our customers.  In this position, you will be the go-to for problem solving or assisting with complex billing situations.
As a Contract Solutions Specialist, you must demonstrate problem solving skills, be solution driven and have the ability to adapt to multiple situations and changing environments.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Process Supplements, Amendments; possibly Rebooks, Renewals and Transfer & Assumptions 
  • Assists with processing of team emails
  • Takes inbound calls from dealers and customers and provides timely and accurate support
  • Has an understanding on the remittance process and is capable of research inquiries
  • Works towards developing a broad knowledge of all business units to better service all contract types
  • Has an understanding of InfoLease and how contracts are processed and changed; especially around MiscBillables, MiscInvd, Accounts Payable Interface, and reapplies
  • Has an understanding of the data warehouse and is capable of using the data to provide meaningful reports to our dealers and customers
  • May be asked to visit and/or travel to visit with dealers
  • Be a role model for the other team members

Education, experience and skills required:
For this position you must have an Associate’s degree in a business-related field; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.  Two plus years of financial or leasing experience is desired. Our preference is a candidate with an understanding of InfoLease especially around MiscBillables, MiscInvd, Accounts Payable Interface, and reapplies.
