About this position:

Asset Management is a unique and challenging career.  Your goal as End of Term Specialist will be to maximize the overall residual realization position of each asset through standard processes and negotiations while delivering top notch customer service experiences to our internal and external customers.  Work with your team and with other functions to help our customers achieve greater success and move our business forward.  You will build and maintain long-term, mutually rewarding relationships with our customers, equipment remarketers, and specialized shippers in order to maximize the value of our assets.  While handling all aspects of the repossession process you will ensure that cost effective decisions are being made.  Become an expert of our End of Term Quoting System and Asset Management Inventory System while monitoring these applications and being a resource for all who use them.  In this position you will have the ability to practice your mathematical, negotiation, and customer service skills while directly contributing to our company’s bottom line.  Be recognized for exceptional performance and implementing innovative ideas.

Education, experience and skills required:

For this position you must be a high school graduate or equivalent.  An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.  A minimum of 2-5 years related experience is required.  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required and the ideal candidate will be skilled in, or have a desire and ability to become and advanced user of Microsoft Excel.The ability to type at least 60 words per minute is a plus.
