We currently seek a Training Manager for our Private Client Services Department, which includes retirement plan, investment, and insurance products and services to help our clients manage their wealth. This position is based at our corporate offices in Dubuque, Iowa, but will serve all bank markets. The Private Client Services Training Manager develops, implements, and delivers training programs to employees working in operations, support, and sales for Private Client Services business lines. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business, financial, or adult training field and 5 years’ relevant experience in the financial services industry.
