About this position:

Do you have strong mathematical abilities? Are you thorough and complete in all things you do? Joining our payroll team might just be the right move for you! Our Payroll Practitioner will own the tasks related to establishing and maintaining employee/payroll records.

Essential Functions

•Checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards

•Maintaining time and attendance records

•Auditing new hire entries in the payroll system

•Posting changes in pay and tax status as well as miscellaneous changes

•Processing general ledger entries

•Data entry for general ledger, gym reimbursements, etc.

•Projects assigned by leader

•Responsible for deduction, tax and cash reconciliations

•Computing incentive compensation

•Calculating disability pay

•Processing customer requests for pay check modeling

•Explanations of pay

•Processing terminations

Education, experience and skills required:

For this position you must be a high school graduate or equivalent. FPC certification is desirable. 1 or more years preferred. Accounting experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel preferred; proficiency in MS Access is helpful.
