We are looking for an energetic, positive, outgoing individual with previous cash-handling experience to fill a full-time teller position requiring Monday through Friday 8am 5pm in our new Cedar Rapids location.
Responsible for performing routine and intermediate branch and customer service duties: accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; process loan payments; cash checks and savings withdrawals; assist with night depository and vault duties; promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Provide quality service, and refer and/or cross-sell bank services when processing customer transactions. Answer customer inquiries and perform any and all functions necessary to provide customers with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have proven success in providing excellent customer service. One year of banking experience in a teller/customer contact position preferred.
