Care Initiatives is currently hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) at Heritage Specialty Care, a 201 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

What it takes:

• Current registration and licensure in the state of Iowa as an RN.
• Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Prior ADON or DON experience required.
