Business Manager

Preucil School of Music, a non-profit school is currently searching for a Business Manager.

This position plays a critical role in the success of the school by supervising, developing and coordinating all of the business operations of the school to ensure success of the school’s mission.

This full-time position works closely with the Director and Assistant Director and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, including employee administration, communications with the Board of Trustees and Guild, collaborating with co-workers, customers and various outside parties, assisting with development of financial reports and analyzing data.

Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating building & grounds maintenance for two locations, supporting payroll and bookkeeping functions, assuring quality customer service, assisting with event planning, supporting fundraising projects, coordinating the student financial aid program and other office type duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related
• Experience in or knowledge of non-profits and the laws that govern them
• Minimum of two plus years management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Paid time off and a salary commensurate with experience.
