Care Initiatives Hospice –Cedar Rapids is now hiring an RN -Case Manager to serve in the surrounding areas with a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

This position will serve Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with rare on call coverage to support comfort and delivering compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families.

Qualified candidates must have Registered Nurse licenses, Hospice RNCM, or equivalent experience as an RN. We offer highly competitive compensation and health benefits packages!

Salary is dependent on experience with a typical pay range in this role of $60K to $80K.

Successful candidates must have:

  • Registered Nurse License
  • Qualified candidates must have a Registered Nurse license, Hospice RNCM, or equivalent experience as an RN
  • Minimum two years of recent clinical nursing experience
  • Demonstrated patience and a supportive and sensitive approach to providing patient, family, and caregiver needs
  • Commitment to excellence and consistency
  • Current, valid Iowa registered nurse license
  • Current, valid CPR certification
  • Must be able to meet criminal background check policy requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide lifting, turning ambulatory assistance to patients
  • Willingness and ability to provide care in the facility and patient home setting
  • Insurable by Care Initiatives, auto insurance, or have personal auto insurance and be willing to drive to provide hospice care
