Position Summary:
Provide coordination, direction, and support in the implementation and maintenance of project schedules, as well as provide additional editorial and production support related to test development and publishing activities of the Iowa Testing Programs (ITP).

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.  
  • Program management experience required. Typical experience is a minimum of three years.
  • Evidence of fluency in project management-related software (for example, MS Project, Visio) required.
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Desired Qualifications:
  • PMI certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the project management of tests or educational materials, or other technical materials.
  • Experience in the production and publication of educational assessments.
