Jill Armstrong Real Estate Team

The Jill Armstrong Team is looking for a part-time, creative, and detail-oriented Home Stager/Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assisting with staging homes/spaces with decor/furniture pieces and helping clients to organize, depersonalize & transform their space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Plan and execute staging designs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties
  • Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and decor items to showcase the property's best features
  • Utilize knowledge of interior design principles to create visually appealing spaces
  • Manage/Organize inventory of staging materials and decor items
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and other professionals to ensure a smooth process
  • Manage scheduling of additional furniture movers based on the type of staging needed
  • Ensure that staging projects are completed on time and décor is removed directly prior to closing


Required Education, Knowledge, and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is required.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple staging projects simultaneously is preferred.
  • Prior use of customer relationship management (CRM) or project management software is preferred. 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Part-time (5-10 hours per week)
  • $25/hour
