Job Information:

BVS Performance Solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Account Management team to provide administrative project support to financial institution customers throughout the United States.  

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage inbound customer phone calls, video calls and emails
  • Conduct online customer system training and implementation
  • Support customers in system usage

Knowledge and Expertise:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Five years’ work experience in an administrative role
  • Previous work experience within a financial institution preferred
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Graphic/Instructional design experience
  • Telephone support experience
  • Video communication and support experience

Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and dependable
  • Superb phone skills
