Saturday Customer Service Representative (Iowa City, IA)

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Valid Driver’s License

-Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

-Basic computer skills

-Basic math skills

 

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

-Answering incoming calls, instant messages, and emails regarding vehicle sales.

-Informing customers of vehicles and service Billion offers.

-Working as a team with the sales members to achieve sales.

-Follow up with customers on their recent inquiries and purchases.

-Representing the company though excellent customer service.

-Other duties as assigned.
