Dental Prosthetic Services has an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist. As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing cases, providing world class service to our customers and performing a variety of other administrative tasks. You will be given the tools and resources to make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve while adding to the growing success of our Agile work environment that values smart, capable, creative people who are able to work in self-organizing teams.

Personal accountability, courage, curiosity, a willingness to learn and respectful interactions are a MUST. Successful candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.


  • Minimum one year customer service and/or administrative experience required.
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus.
  • Data entry and computer skills required. 
  • Microsoft office experience is preferred. 

Possible scheduled hours between 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
