• Manage the front reception desk, lobby, and handle incoming calls

• Greet all guests immediately and professionally

• Sort, organize, scan and electronically distribute incoming mail

• Consistently monitor and maintain facility areas ensuring that they are stocked, neat and orderly

• Organize your day to effectively complete the assigned duties as evidenced by feedback from department staff

• Understand the functionality of the Epic systems as it relates to your job duties

• Ability to cover teammate responsibilities in the event of an absence

• Provide support to the account management and production teams

• Process insurance policies for the account manager

• Organize data for the account manager

• Accurately prepare information to ensure quality control of data in the agency management system; meet with team to discuss and share updates and information

• Generate billing documents for clients, as necessary

• Provide endorsements, certificates, or changes to various clients’ insurance policies

• Answer billing or general customer service questions as presented by client, as needed
