We have a fantastic Full Time Customer Service Salaried Manager position open now!!

We also have Full Time Customer Service Associate positions open!  

Customer Service Manager:  The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the satisfaction and care of our customers.   This position directly manages our customer service and returns teams workload and processes to support the priorities of the Company. They will manage all aspects of the department, including employee workload and serve as back-up for daily Customer Service work as needed to ensure the department is on track. The Customer Service Manager will teach, coach and train these teams on all initiatives, marketplaces, and processes. The manager will collaborate with Marketing to ensure 5 Star service is provided to all customers across all marketplaces. This individual will be responsible for implementing changes and optimizing processes to ensure BHFO is well positioned for success.

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Professional Leadership Experience
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service Experience, Ecommerce experience preferred
  • Ability to identify efficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce Marketplaces and Retail
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to tailor analysis to specific circumstances
  • Professional work attitude and values aligned with the BHFO Core Values.
  • Experience with Channel Advisor and Salesforce – preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. High level of organization and proficient time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.

1st shift - Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.  Rotating 4 hour Saturday shift.

Salary range to be determined based on qualifications and experience. 

Customer Service Associate:  The Customer Service Associate provides verbal and written communication to assist customers with questions, orders, returns, and issues. This position is responsible for emailing, speaking and interacting with our customers to resolve concerns, escalate issues and inform the customer of our policies. The Customer Service Associate will use a variety of computer programs to research information, communicate with the customer and the internal BHFO team as well as process products through our system. This position requires strong organizational skills, professional written and verbal communication, ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks at one time, and high- level computer skills. It is essential for the Customer Service Associate to be polite, professional and exemplify the BHFO Core Values at all times.


1st shift - Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.  Rotating 4 hour Saturday shift.

Starting wage- $14/hr


Position Requirements:

  • Computer experience/familiarity for all positions.
  • Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must have friendly personality and passion to help others.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to reach and exceed daily production goals related to speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
  • Provides daily internal communication to Customer Service Manager.
  • Professional work attitude and values aligned with the BHFO Core Values.
  • Outstanding attendance.
  • GED or High School diploma required.
  • Keyboard/Typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
