BVS Performance Solutions, a locally owned company with over 35 years in the financial institution training business, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our National Account Management team to provide instructional design and project support to bank and credit union customers throughout the United States.  This position is located at our Cedar Rapids, Iowa headquarters.
 
 
Job Description
  • Manage and complete requested customer projects
    • Custom reports
    • Curriculum development
    • Assignments
    • Site maintenance
  • Assist with creating/customizing customer online courseware
  • Monitor customer usage of platform and review with Account Management Team
                        
Knowledge and Expertise
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Five years’ work experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Articulate/Storyline preferred.
  • Graphic/Instructional design experience.

  • Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and dependable
