Cedar Rapids, IA Customer Service / Administrative & Clerical
Telecommunications Company seeks qualified Account Manager.  

Primary responsibilities include:
  • data entry and analysis in Access database as well as proprietary software program
  • excel spreadsheets
  • analyzing carrier invoices
  • services and contracts
  • project management 
  • implementation on carrier and vendor orders
  • managing customer relationships. 

Skills required:  
  • Intermediate to higher Excel and Word
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication and follow through on projects  

The job is fast paced and deadline driven. Prior Customer Service or Support required. Prior Telecommunications experience helpful.
