BVS Performance Solutions, a locally owned company with over 35 years in the financial institution training business, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Video Product Implementation team, supporting bank and credit union customers throughout the United States. The position will have the ability to work remotely.   
 
Job Description
  • Manage implementation and support of BVS products using video and phone.
  • Serve as first-level technical support/troubleshooting contact.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate them with appropriate BVS teams.
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers as well as internal resources—persuasive, encouraging and motivating
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint        
  • Project management, implementation and/or product support experience
  • Knowledge of or experience with CRM software
  • Training, banking, and/or instructional design experience a plus
 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Superb phone and video calling skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented and dependable
