Telecommunications Company seeks qualified Account Manager.


Primary responsibilities include: 
  • Data entry and analysis in Access database and Excel Spreadsheets
  • Analyzing carrier invoices
  • Services and contracts
  • Project management and implementation on carrier and vendor orders
  • Managing customer relationships.
Skills required: 
  • Intermediate to higher Excel and Word
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Communication and follow through on projects
The job is fast-paced and deadline driven. Prior Customer Service or Support required. Prior Telecommunications experience helpful.
