This shopper service focused position will be responsible for receiving and fulfilling online and digital orders placed by our valued customers. The Personal Shopper is a direct resource to ensure our customers have their shopping completed and ready with ease and confidence.    

 

Working Environment:

The Personal Shopper works in a retail, service and digital communication environment.  This physical and interactive position will involve frequent and extended periods of time on the retail sales floor, walk in freezers and coolers in order to select the highest quality products and freshest items to meet our valued shoppers expectations. Prompt direct and digital communication with our shoppers will be an ongoing daily occurrence. Use of handheld devices, tablets, scanners, and desktop workstations will be regular activities of this position.

 

Qualifications:

  • Verifiable work experience with excellent tenure and attendance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated retail customer service experience and skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to efficiently perform necessary tasks independently
  • Computer knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience working with Point of Sales or Database systems preferred 
  • Experience with a variety of electronic devices and applications
  • Ability to meet regular physical demands of position – standing, bending, twisting, seated, repetitive activities, lift and carry 10 to 50 pounds on a regular basis in both chilled storage and retail settings
  • Enthusiasm for working in fast-paced creative environment
  • Familiarity with organic and natural foods a plus

 
This position reports to the Store Team Leader and requires a committed schedule which may include early morning, mid-shift, and closing, as well as weekend, and holiday shifts as required to adequately support the needs of our shoppers at the retail level.
 
The Personal Shopper is a full time, hourly position with a benefits package.  
 
Compensation based on experience: $14.60 - $17.35
