Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
This is a Customer Service Representative Position. You are helping our customers daily on the phone, through e-mail and in person get whatever marketing, signs or print they are looking for. We need someone who is not afraid to step up and try new things, be a little unconventional and be a zealot when it comes to making our customers happy. We think you will be surprised at the technology you get to play with every day and you will also get to hang out with the really cool people that work here.

Your Run-of-the-Mill Basic Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers
  • Answer incoming calls and emails
  • Handle routine questions and requests by customers
  • Light production with copiers and binding equipment
  • Estimate and quote projects for customers
  • Hours 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday with some limited overtime when busy

The Important Stuff:
  • You must be nice to the people who are our customers and those that you work with.
  • Be a good communicator - in person, on the phone and through e-mail.
  • Have a basic tech aptitude with computers and internet type stuff.
  • Like to work and work while at work (a post to Instagram won't kill anyone as long as you get your work done).
  • Be a multi-tasking Ninja. We do a lot in a short amount of time. 
  • Basic math is a must, but yes you can use a calculator.
  • Must be willing to jump in and figure things out on your own. No hand holding here.
  • You must be a life-long learner to work here. Lots to learn and it's always changing.

Big Plus:
  • Any kind of graphic design or past print experience.
  • A background in the sign industry
  • Software experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or Microsoft Office.
