Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to answer inbound calls from our business customers and provide excellent Customer Care. This position supports call reasons that include technical product questions/support, billing investigations/questions/corrections, credit requests, technical troubleshooting, and creating and processing all types of simple to complex orders.

Responsible to multi task within numerous systems to investigate and resolve customer issues, questions and requests within a set goal of Average Handle Time. Expected to respond professionally to customer correspondence and emails within a 24 hour response time, as assigned.

Desired Traits or Skills: 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including de-escalation and listening skills. Great computer skills including multitasking within many different applications. The ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly and the ability to work in a structured, fast-paced call center environment. Must be very good at analytical problem solving and have the ability to learn highly technical concepts.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and at least 6 months experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
