The Account Management Coordinator manages the customer’s experience with ESP. The successful candidate will use creativity, good business judgment, and interpersonal skills to proactively identify and fulfill the news of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Building rapport and relationships with new accounts and contacts
  • Expediting and overseeing order and line activity
  • Quoting new and current business
  • Understanding customer standards and process to communicate interdepartmentally
  • Understanding and interpreting print and part specifications from the customer
  • Exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a keen problem solver with a unique ability to think on their feet. Candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and owning the customer’s issues from start to finish. Requirements include an associate’s degree and two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
