The Product Support Analyst is responsible for working with Agilon Clientele on a wide range of product implementation and support activities, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our business systems and services.

Agilon's focus is on developing and marketing web-based software products and services for higher education and other non-profit organizations; enabling them to significantly increase the funds available for building new facilities, providing scholarships, conducting research, and other key aspects of their philanthropic mission.

Skills and Experience
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience with HTML, JSP and SQL technologies
  • Experience designing and modifying Crystal Reports
  • Experience in working with web applications
  • Experience in working with database management systems
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks to achieve project objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and objectives

The Product Support Analyst provides assistance to external and internal end users by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.  The Product Support Analyst is responsible for documenting, monitoring, and updating online problem tickets to ensure timely resolution. Excellent communication skills are necessary to field telephone calls, email, and manage online web conferencing.

The Product Support Analyst participates as a member of the Client Implementation and Support Team to install, configure, and customize web-based business systems to meet specific customer requirements.
