We are a dynamic, rapidly growing company specializing in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Technology services with openings for Collection Specialists working in our Cedar Rapids, IA office. We are currently expanding our team of specialists due to growth in our account inventory.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • have the ability to stay positive when communicating with a diverse group of consumers
  • have a friendly and confident phone demeanor
  • can think quickly and communicate credibly when interacting with consumers and insurance companies
  • will embrace our patient experience business model in the resolution of bad debt accounts
  • are self-motivated and enjoy working both independently 

The preferred Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills for this position are:
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work calmly and effectively with consumers regarding aged accounts
  • a high school diploma or GED
  • ability to work within a highly regulated environment
  • excellent math skills including the ability to balance and reconcile figures
  • ability to use critical thinking in the creation of payment solutions that conform to regulation and meet or exceed client expectations
  • basic PC skills including the ability to type and use a 10-key
