Vspec, is a Cedar Rapids, IA based provider of Vehicle Insurance Claims Management Solutions. We are currently hiring for multiple Customer Service Representative roles. The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and vendors. The CSR is an integral position on our team that serves as the primary liaison between vehicle owners and vendors throughout the repair process.
•Process incoming claim assignments
•Assist technical team in collecting required information from clients, vehicle owners and vendors
•Regular phone contact with repair vendors to coordinate vehicle repair schedule and status
•Provide vehicle owners with regular updates on repair status as vendor communication occurs
•Continue to have consistent contact with vendors to ensure that vehicle repair is on track
•Follow up with vehicle owners to verify complete satisfaction with the vendor’s work
•Immediately escalate any complaints from vehicle owner or vendor to a supervisor
•Update all communications with vendors and vehicle owners in the CRM database as they occur
•Performs other duties as assigned
•Excellent phone skills and the ability to listen
•Previous customer service experience
•Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Outlook, Word etc.)
•Strong written communication skills
•Ability to multitask
•Customer first attitude
•Must be comfortable working in a call center environment
