Thermal Shop is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join the project management team at their Cedar Rapids office. This is an in office position. As a key player in this growing department, you will report directly to Thermal Shop’s top leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management: From lead generation through the final inspection, oversee and manage the flow of jobs and clients through our sales and installation processes.
- Sales Growth: Work with sales team to identify new prospects, generate leads, and take action on promising opportunities.
- Auditing: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting: Provide routine reports detailing account metrics to the leadership team. Keep team members updated about current and upcoming projects, potential issues, areas for improvement, and successes.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients. Ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Communication: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages about new opportunities to provide services.
- Team Projects: Assist team members with occasional projects outside the usual scope of work.
- Ownership: Take ownership of and improve the roles, tasks, and responsibilities assigned to you.
Required Qualifications:
- Two year degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of the sales pipeline
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record\
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret building blueprints
- Strong ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
Benefits:
- Yearly salary $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
