Thermal Shop is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join the project management team at their Cedar Rapids office. This is an in office position. As a key player in this growing department, you will report directly to Thermal Shop’s top leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: From lead generation through the final inspection, oversee and manage the flow of jobs and clients through our sales and installation processes.
  • Sales Growth: Work with sales team to identify new prospects, generate leads, and take action on promising opportunities.
  • Auditing: Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting: Provide routine reports detailing account metrics to the leadership team. Keep team members updated about current and upcoming projects, potential issues, areas for improvement, and successes.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients. Ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Communication: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages about new opportunities to provide services.
  • Team Projects: Assist team members with occasional projects outside the usual scope of work.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of and improve the roles, tasks, and responsibilities assigned to you.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Two year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record\

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to read and interpret building blueprints
  • Strong ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure 

 

Job Benefits:

Benefits:

  •  Yearly salary $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  •  3 weeks PTO
