Crew Leader

Seeking a skilled, multi-talented carpenter to join our growing team. The successful candidate should be experienced in a variety of trades to complete various residential and commercial projects . Must have experience with framing, specialty installation, decks, steel door & hardware installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, and demolition.

Requirements:

• Carpentry experience in a residential environment (commercial experience a plus)
• Strong work ethic & self starter
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to adapt to circumstances
• A positive, can-do attitude with high level of personal initiative and accountability.
• Ability to demonstrate reliable, predictable attendance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to work independently and on a team.
• Must have reliable transportation or a clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
• Must have the ability to follow all applicable safety regulations
