Director of Environmental Services

Stirlingshire of Coralville is a new senior living community opening early 2021! The community will include memory care and assisted living. The Crossing of Coralville will be 53 Assisted Living units and 20 Memory Care units.

The Environmental Services Director is responsible for general oversight and maintenance of property including all major utility, life safety, grounds, and security systems. Plans and manages all aspects of building operations. 

This position includes:

• 80 Hour in 2 weeks – flexibility need for weekends, evenings and holidays
• Participates in Manager on Duty rotation

• Maintenance of property building and grounds
• Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

• Three to five years Multi-housing maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot appliances/plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues
• Experience working with seniors in an Assisted Living preferred
