Primus Companies
is a fast-growing design-build firm with projects and staff throughout the Midwest. Because of recent growth we need the right person to join our Project Management team as a Construction Project Manager. The position will work in our Cedar Rapids, Iowa office.

Responsibilities Include: 

•Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, including complete engagement with other team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and Project Owners.
•Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, prepare estimated costs, and determine projected profitability for each project.
•Meet contractual conditions of performance set forth within construction agreements and communications with Clients and Team Partners
•Review the work progress on daily basis while maintaining communication with clients and team members as needed.
•Prepare internal and external paperwork and reports pertaining to job status, including estimates, schedules, subcontract agreements, and invoices as required by other team members.
•Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
•Utilize the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization vision and purpose, specifically as it pertains to projects that you lead.
•Complete estimates, proposals, and contracts when requested by Sales Team.
•Manage 6-8 projects in various stages of the projects.
