We have a Maintenance Tech position available that will perform routine maintenance tasks.  Working from service requests, your job tasks will include: repairing, unclogging, hanging, replacing, installing and moving – not necessarily all in one day.  Occasional weekend hours and landscaping duties.  Two years’ experience in maintenance repair preferred. 

 

Our Painting department is busier than ever and is needing a full-time Painter.  This position will be responsible for painting all areas of campus which includes preparing walls, patching, texturing as well as performing routine preventative maintenance.  Prior painting experience required.
