Airport Repair Worker I with $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Our team is currently looking to add a Airport Repair Worker I to our team and we are offering a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus!!

Performs airport maintenance and repair including, but not limited to: boarding bridges, baggage belts, doors, door operators, HVAC equipment, emergency generator, gate operators, lighting fixtures, controls, airfield lighting and signs, public address systems, custodial equipment, carpentry, dry walling, painting, plumbing repairs to sanitary, storm, portable and closed loop systems; performs snow removal and preventative maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:

• One-year experience to establish competency in duties performed and use of required equipment and tools; or any equivalent combination of experience and training, which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
• Ability to obtain valid Iowa Commercial Driver's License (Class B) with appropriate endorsements.
• Backflow prevention license within six (6) months of hire date.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 2nd shift 2PM-10PM
• Weekend coverage 4 -10 hour days 2nd shift 2:00PM-12:00AM.

Starting Salary $19.68/HR.
