The Help Desk / Technical Support Specialist

  • Provides front-line,  first-response support via telephone and live chat to all customers using Fuse5 services
  • Serve as desktop technician responsible for deployment and technical solutions to PC, laptop, and peripheral end-users, to assist internal and external customers with technology needs, to provide audiovisual support during onsite meetings, and to recommend innovative Information Systems best practices.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Will need to answer calls, emails, and skype when customers have questions about how the software operates.
  • Will collaborate with existing support team. 

Secondary responsibility:

  • Communicate funcationality changes from the customer to our development team. 

Our software is cloud based and is challenging the automotive aftermarket for leadership in the Enterprise Resouce Planning space. 

Qualifications: Organization, planning, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical to ensuring proper relationships in this company.  Knowledge of the automotive industry is not a must, but a benefit to the position.
