General Summary

Assist customers with requests for repair and maintenance service.  Prepares work orders, distributing work to staff, accurately maintaining records, and any other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets customers promptly, provides timely professional services.
  • Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. 
  • Estimates costs and completion time/settles customer accounts.
  • Communicates with customer about work status.
  • Promptly addresses and resolves customer viewpoint and service follow-up issues.

Skills Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year automotive service advisor experience preferred.
    • Ford or GM service experience preferred.
    • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
