We are seeking a vibrant professional for an open Clinical & Operations Assistant position at our North Liberty clinic. The Clinical & Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with clinical and operations on day-to-day tasks. This customer service position ncludes answering phones, scheduling patients, collecting payments, and helping maintain a clean, efficient and welcoming environment. 

• EDUCATION: The qualified individual must possess a high school diploma or general education degree/equivalent. A secondary degree is preferred. 

• EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Preferred one year of related experience/training in the areas state in “position purpose” which includes particular knowledge of insurance, billing, and data entry.
