Care Initiatives is currently hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) to join our team in interim capacity. Serving as an Interim Administrator, you enjoy the flexibility of working in contract capacity. Given this, Care Initiatives requires flexibility with travel statewide to serve our 40+ Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) in Iowa. Qualified candidates have over 5 years of LNHA experience. You bring to the table a background of proven successes such as retention of staff, agency reduction, business development and increased census through fostering positive relationships with other healthcare providers and the greater communities in which we serve.

Summary: Successful candidates must have a current license, or qualify to obtain licensure to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator in Iowa. We are looking for an exceptional leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff. The Nursing Home Administrator, will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
