Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguás, PLC

Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguas, PLC seeks a part-time receptionist to join our team. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with a half-hour lunch break. The position has the potential to grow to a full-time role.

Duties include:

  • Front office reception
  • Telephone reception
  • Gathering information from potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments and mediation sessions
  • Ordering supplies and coordinating with firm vendors
  • General clerical duties including copying, scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and taking payments
  • Organization and light housekeeping duties for the office
  • Errands and general duties as may be assigned


  • The successful candidate will be personable, professional, and well-organized with excellent customer service skills.
  • Requirements include experience with Microsoft Office and general familiarity with computers, software, and copiers.  
  • Spanish skills and experience with ProLaw are highly desirable.

Compensation is $17 per hour.  We provide a covered parking space in the ramp attached to our building.
