Our Office Administrator serves as a gracious and welcoming first contact for our guests, callers and members; provides full administrative support for church Staff; manages and maintains membership and giving records; maintains payroll data records and processes input for the bi-monthly payroll run; processes purchase orders and vendor invoices for weekly A/P disbursements; and performs several other regular financial analysis reports.

  •  Full-time staff position with full benefits package, including: Healthcare, Dental, 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability, PTO, Holidays.
  • Annual Salary = $41,000 
  • Regular work hours: Monday-Thursday, 8-5; Friday, 8-4; and designated Sunday mornings (comp time off in following week).
  •  Minimum of 5 years business office management experience required.
