Receptionist (Part-time)

Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguás, PLC

Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguas, PLC seeks a part-time receptionist to work six hours per day Monday through Friday. Ideally your hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half-hour break for lunch, although some flexibility can be accommodated.

This position has the potential to grow to a full-time role.

Duties:

  • Front office reception
  • Telephone reception
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Gathering intake information from potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments and mediation sessions
  • Processing payments
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing
  • Managing and ordering supplies
  • Maintaining the office
  • General duties may be assigned as needed 

Requirements: 

  • The successful candidate will be personable, professional, and well-organized with excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general familiarity with computers, software, and copiers.
  • Experience with ProLaw case management software and/or Spanish language skills are highly desirable

Compensation:

  • $17 per hour
