Receptionist (Part-time)
Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguás, PLC
Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguas, PLC seeks a part-time receptionist to work six hours per day Monday through Friday. Ideally your hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half-hour break for lunch, although some flexibility can be accommodated.
This position has the potential to grow to a full-time role.
Duties:
- Front office reception
- Telephone reception
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Gathering intake information from potential clients
- Scheduling appointments and mediation sessions
- Processing payments
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Managing and ordering supplies
- Maintaining the office
- General duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- The successful candidate will be personable, professional, and well-organized with excellent customer service skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general familiarity with computers, software, and copiers.
- Experience with ProLaw case management software and/or Spanish language skills are highly desirable
Compensation:
- $17 per hour
