Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Kinseth Hotel Corp., a growing hotel & restaurant management co., is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to work in our corporate office located in Coralville, IA. This is an entry level position with no experience needed. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones within 2 rings and route calls professionally on a multi-line phone system.
  • Answer General Information Questions regarding property information (phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.).
  • Filing including but not limited to sorting and distribution of incoming faxes, UPS packages, and incoming mail.
  • Check management including but not limited to:  managing check cabinets, logging incoming and returned checks, and preparing outgoing checks including downloading rosters, logging and postage.
  • Calculate monthly postage and color copier usage to be charged appropriately.
  • Warmly greet visitors and direct them to appropriate persons within the company.
  • Order all office supplies from various vendors including but not limited to Costco, Warehouse Direct, UPS, Pepsi, etc.
  • Assisting with word / excel projects as assigned by senior staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
