Nidey Erdahl Meier & Araguas, PLC seeks a part-time receptionist to join our team! Hours needed are 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that this position has the potential to grow to a full-time role.

Duties include:

  • Front office reception
  • Telephone reception
  • Gathering information from potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments and mediation sessions
  • General clerical duties including copying, scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, taking payments, and general duties as may be assigned.


  • The successful candidate will be personable, professional and well-organized with excellent customer service skills.
  • Requirements include experience with Microsoft Office and general familiarity with computers, software, copiers.  
  • Experience with ProLaw is highly desirable.

Compensation is $17 per hour.
