Case Manager

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a full-time CASE MANAGER based in our Cedar Rapids office to promote the agency's mission to reduce poverty by assisting clients to identify and remove barriers to self-sufficiency.

The Case Manager/Resource Navigator provides support to limited income individuals and families, primarily immigrants and refugees, and works closely with other nonprofits to leverage community resources to benefit individuals in a multi-county area. Catholic Charities is expanding its Poverty Reduction efforts and is searching for an energetic, passionate, and experienced Social Worker to help grow this program.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or human services strongly preferred, but will consider 5 or more years of experience in this field.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, French, or Swahili.  
• Case Management experience is preferred.
