Corridor Motors is seeking a friendly, reliable, self-motivated individual to staff our front office.  Must be flexible and willing to assist in various areas of our growing company.  This position is currently part-time with full-time potential.  

Main Responsibilities

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet persons entering the store
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • answer questions from the public and customers
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • schedule appointments
  • monitor and maintain office equipment
  • control inventory and order supplies
  • process customer payments
  • tidy and maintain the reception area
  • provide general administrative and clerical support


Education and Experience

  • high school diploma required
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • basic working knowledge of office equipment
  • ability to work a switchboard
