This position provides friendly, courteous customer service while answering inquiries via telephone and email, and coordinates the assembly of mailing materials to customers and prospects.


Knowledge and Expertise

  • Superior phone skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Multi-line phone support experience
  • Five years’ work experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision
