We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant based in Iowa City, Iowa.

Job Description
The Office Assistant will aid all departments of the organization, to include: Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Sales. This role will entail: answering inbound calls and communications, managing filing systems, updating paperwork, maintaining documents and work processing, maintaining and entering information into databases, maintaining office equipment and supply inventory, and performing general office clerk duties. The position is available for immediate fill and compensation is based on an hourly rate.

Key Duties
  • Assist Office Manager in filing and data entry
  • Answer multi-line phone system, assist clients and direct calls as required
  • Assist Operations in managing printing and shipping of direct mailings
 
Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of high school diploma required
  • 1+ years customer service experience desired
  • Pleasant, friendly disposition
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Typing speed: minimum 60 WPM with 90 percent accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
