Kinseth Hotel Corp., a growing hotel & restaurant management co., is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to work in our corporate office located in North Liberty, IA.
position is entry level.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Must be proficient in word and excel 
  • Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written). 
  • We are looking for someone who has great work organizational skills (including online document storage), 
  • Time Management and the ability to handle a fast paced environment.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate persons within the company
  • Mail and fax processing and distribution
  • Filing Documents
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting with word / excel projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Have a positive attitude, be organized and detail-orientated, 
  • Have the ability to multitask, 
  • Have computer experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
