Effectively manage the Kirkwood Inclusive Access program (Day 1 Digital): developing an efficient staff, product mix, operations, and campus collaboration.  Assist with campus-wide programs as they pertain to textbook and digital media.  Collaborate with departments and all campus store locations for marketing, media, website, and staff development.  With discretion, exercise independent judgement.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate an outstanding customer experience by giving exemplary customer service.    
  • Effectively communicate with customers and team.    
  • Manage the Day 1 Digital program across all campus locations.    
  • Assist with campus adoption of digital course materials.    
  • Work with campus staff on OER trends and ensuring continued Bookstore relationship and support.    
  • Coordinate CRM Marketing through POS to support textbook marketing subject matter.    
  • Lead all course material dispositions.    
  • Coordinate and purchase trade books and special-interest materials.    
  • Champion textbook affordability initiatives.    
  • Perform other related work duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS:
  • Associate's Degree or higher.    
  • 3 years of customer service and/or textbook background.    
  • Experience with computer, Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook.
