Payroll Specialist
The McGrath Family of Dealerships has experienced growth which necessitates the need to hire an experienced individual to fill a key role.

Compile and process internal payroll for all employees within assigned location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes in house weekly and semi-monthly payroll for over 100 employees including hourly, salaried and commissioned individuals. Functions include calculating, compiling and inputting data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, deductions, journal entries, etc.
Prepares regular reports pertaining to payroll.
Maintains attendance tracking database.
Conducts enrollments for new hire paperwork, pay plans and monitors eligibility.
Essential Skills
  • Previous payroll experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective at prioritizing and handling multiple projects with short deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel Spreadsheets and 10-key calculator.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, personable with a positive attitude.
  • High integrity with ability to maintain confidential information.
